By downloading, installing, or using Installment Manager ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Installment Manager regarding your use of the Application.

2. License Grant

2.1 License Types

Installment Manager offers the following license types:

  • Single User License: For use by one individual on up to 3 devices
  • Business License: For use within a single organization
  • Enterprise License: Custom licensing for large organizations

2.2 License Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use the Application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Share your license key with others or use it on more devices than permitted

3. Account and License Activation

To activate the Application, you must:

  • Provide a valid email address
  • Enter a valid license key obtained through authorized purchase
  • Maintain an active internet connection for license verification

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your license key and for all activities that occur under your license.

4. Payment and Subscriptions

4.1 Pricing

License fees are charged as stated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers.

4.2 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription license:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
  • You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
  • You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period

4.3 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Application, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Data Ownership and Responsibility

5.1 Your Data

You retain all rights to your data stored in the Application, including:

  • Customer information
  • Product data
  • Sales records and financial information
  • Backup files

5.2 Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of data you enter into the Application
  • Creating regular backups of your data
  • Securing your device and backup credentials
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Obtaining necessary consents from your customers for data processing

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Application to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Process illegal transactions or facilitate fraud
  • Store or process sensitive personal data without proper security measures
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Updates and Modifications

7.1 Application Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add features. Updates may be:

  • Automatically downloaded and installed
  • Required for continued use of the Application
  • Subject to these Terms unless otherwise stated

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Warranties that the Application will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • Warranties regarding data accuracy or completeness

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from data loss or corruption
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for the license in the past 12 months

10. Termination

10.1 By You

You may terminate this agreement by uninstalling the Application and ceasing all use.

10.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your license immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Use an invalid or fraudulent license key
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Engage in prohibited activities

11. Intellectual Property

The Application and all related intellectual property rights remain our exclusive property. This includes:

  • Source code, object code, and executable files
  • User interface design and graphics
  • Documentation and help materials
  • Trademarks and branding

12. Governing Law
